It's more Techno then Trance but good the first time is alway's the hardest one. especialy if your not used to make trance. It's an good song so keep going. I would say bigger kick more hihat's, bass and try to make melo's uplifting and to get a better build-up and climax u can use path's. and don't forget the Breakdown's. Piano piece's can also be used in Trance.

google is your best friend if u want to learn mastering ;)
I head the feeling that i missed the guitar. where is it???
And to get it more Trancey like u should use a bigger kick I missed that one also.

but trying to put 2 style's of music into one song is really hard.

( i'm a Rock/Trance fan and a Trance producer -_- )

I actually made an updated version of this, but newgrounds isn't letting me change the MP3 associated with the submission. :\ Oh well.
I agree that it sounds a little meh, but I had a hard time trying to add different melodies and different synths that didn't sound out of place in the song. I think it would sound better with vocals, but I have zero experience with them and have no-one to sing for me. :( Oh well, it is what it is. I will check out your songs ;)

try not to make it too messy. and for your first thing u actualy made it's pretty good.

easiest way for a bigger trance song is the following:
1# intro only kick and 1 hihat
2# bass comes in
3# more hihat's and claps come in
4# path come's in
5# breakdown
6# path with slightly the lead under it
7# full the lead with path
8# drums hihat's claps all comes in also the bass
9# climax ( u can add another path to give it more sounds or put the lead 1 octave higher)
10# breakdown fade out

I really miss the drums. I hear that they are there only to much on the background. so u might master the song. and some what heavier wobble's would also be really nice with bigger drops.

but for overal it's a good song just needs some changes.
u might wanna listen to klaypex ( only on youtube) i hope that that gives u an idea by what i mean
